Content Management
The Content Management application is a web-based digital asset management tool that supports the archival and retrieval of high-resolution assets as well as any other documents, such as:

  • Specifications
  • Finished design PDFs
  • Quark or In-Design layout documents
  • Copy Word documents
  • Native file formats
  • High-resolution images
  • Die templates
  • UPC codes
  • And more

Assets can be organized hierarchically for easy retrieval. They can be linked to one or more constructs, such as products or final designs. Assets created from a project within the Campaign Management application can be archived to the Content Management database along with the appropriate project and campaign metadata. The archival process can be set up to automatically link the assets to their products or designs, creating new products or designs if needed.

Users with permissions for these functions and for specific asset types can easily:

  • Retrieve assets using simple search methods or by creating complex search queries
  • Create “baskets” to store their project-related assets
  • Download files locally or remotely

The application is configured by Vertis content management specialists specifically for each client’s asset types, asset hierarchy, construct nomenclature, and search fields.
